Bangladesh have called up uncapped opening batsman Anamul haque as back-up for injury doubt Tamim Iqbal for the second Test against West Indies, team officials said on Tuesday. Tamim is nursing an elbow problem and will undergo a fitness Test to determine his availability for the match beginning Wednesday.
"Tamim sustained a muscle tendon injury during the first Test on his left elbow. He will do a fitness test later today or early tomorrow morning," team physio Vibhav Singh told reporters.
